You can create a parametric T-bot by setting parameters for the X-beam, carriage and Z-beam.
Tip: You can create a T-bot with a segmented X-beam using the Segment, Beam Z and Carriage models. It is necessary to set the appropriate model files using the Segment X, Carriage and Beam Z buttons. Make sure you use the correct dimension values and the correct number of segments. Use the Segments checkbox to build the appropriate T-bot model.
Tip: Use the Mechanism checkbox to create a T-bot mechanism. You can additionally set the motion limits and the zero position of the axes with the corresponding parameters.
Note: Please check the displacement of the segments, beam and carriage models in case the Segments option is used. There are several examples in the Models folder. By default, the folder with model examples is C:\RoboDK\Addins\com.robodk.app.shape\Components\models\tbot\.
Tip: Use the Auto checkbox to set parameters based on model bounding box measurements. Small details of the model may affect the measurement result. You can uncheck Auto after measurement and set the parameters manually.
Tip: Use the Legs checkbox to add the required number of base columns of the specified height.
